My professional journey began in a fundamentally different arena: as a Production Manager at a chemical factory in Shah Alam. There, I mastered operational efficiency, structured workflows, and high-stakes problem-solving. However, recognizing the power of technology to automate and scale solutions beyond a physical workspace, I pivoted into software engineering.
Starting as a full-stack developer at Bateriku, I built Ruby on Rails applications, developing a strong foundation in database management and backend architecture. Eager to serve on a larger scale, I joined the GovTech Nucleus Unit (GNU).
When our senior engineering leadership unexpectedly departed, I was propelled into the role of Core Maintainer and Frontend Lead. Embracing the challenge, I took full technical ownership of critical national initiatives, including the Malaysia Government Design System (MYDS), RDMKD, and Portal Sekolahku. Today, I do more than write code,I architect enterprise frontend infrastructures, manage high-performance monorepos, and bridge the gap between UI/UX design and DevOps deployment. Operating at the intersection of code and cloud, my mission is to deliver seamless, accessible, and resilient digital experiences for millions of citizens.
